Can I Exchange Or Add A Dish To The Standard Menu?

Yes, please indicate any amendment at the remarks field on the order form. All amendments are subject to availability and approval. Additional cost may be applicable.


Is There A Delivery Charge?

Yes, delivery charge is applicable for all orders. Please refer to our terms and conditions for details.


How Many Days in Advance Do I Need to Order?

All orders must be confirmed at least 5 working days prior to event date. Urgent order placed within 5 days from the event date will be subject to kitchen and schedule availability, additional surcharge is applicable.


How Can I Place My Order?

You can place order by submitting your request via our online order form. You may also contact our catering consultant to place your order.


How Soon Will I Get A Reply When I Submit My Order?

Our ususal response time is within 1 working day upon receiving your online order request.


What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept cash or company cheques upon delivery. Payment details will be provided together with the confirmation of order.


What is Provided for Bento Order?

Food will be delivered in deluxe bento box. Complete set of disposable cutlery and serviette will be provided.
